The Bassella Motorycle Museum has implemented significant communicative and audiovisual accessibility improvements thanks to a newly awarded grant, with the aim of making its permanent exhibition more accessible to all audiences.
The main actions include subtitling all audiovisual content in four languages, installing QR codes with expanded content (historical context, images, videos, and real engine sounds), and creating a new visitor guide.
At the same time, the museum has strengthened its digital presence with more educational and inclusive content on social media, as well as the launch of a new TikTok channel.
"This project allows us to take a step forward in our commitment to offering a museum experience that is accessible, modern, and designed for everyone," says Cristina Soler, the museum's director. "We will continue seeking funding to keep improving and to move forward with future additions."
With this initiative, The Bassella Motorcycle Museum reaffirms its commitment to developing a participatory, welcoming, and technologically updated museum model. These improvements not only enhance accessibility but also enrich the experience for all visitors.
